Hello Readers:

Anyone out there going to have Gallbladder Surgery known as Cholecystectomy?

Had you thought about alternative ways to rid your body of the gall stones? Probably not since most people wait until the pain is so severe they would prefer to have the surgery, right?

Check this link to find out when the first Cholecystectomy was performed and note that there was not one doctor that considered the cause of the build up of stones in the Gallbladder!

Think of these preventive hints if you choose not to have surgery:
1. Dietary habits eating highly spicy, fried and fat foods-not good
2. Not drinking enough water
3. Not eliminating your bowels daily
4. A willingness to take charge of your own health
5. How about a healthy diet of whole foods!

Here are some  things one can do if you discover you have gall stones:
1. Drink lemon water to alkalize your system
2. Eliminate your bowels
3. Drink Apple cider vinegar daily for at least 14 days or more considering the severity of your condition
4. Liver/Gallbladder Flush(7-day program): Day 1-6, Eat 4-6 apples or drink 4-5 glasses of organic unfiltered Apple juice all day and at night 1 hour before bed mix: 2 tbsp olive oil(cold pressed)+ lemon juice or grapefruit in 8 oz of distilled water and lie down on your right side for 6 days.
On the 7th day: Give yourself an enema and Repeat the first day instructions--1 hour before bed take 2/3 cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of lemon juice in 8 oz of distilled water, sip slowly and lie down on your right side again.
In the morning you must take a chlorophyll enema because you must completely empty your colon or you will experience cramping, nausea or heartburn and headache; this is due to the flushing of toxins from the gallbladder into the intestines/blood.
If your Liver/gallbladder is strongly congested you may consider taking herbs to stimulate removal of the toxins.
