Although I started by blogging a year ago...I just have not had enough time to do much in the way of presenting new material on my blog. Yes, I know who does not have time to spend at their computers, right?

  • Exercise: How many people exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week?

What is considered Aerobic exercise? Running, Skiing, usage of any tract machines because it increases the oxygen levels in your blood. Exercising for at least 30 to 45 minutes with intensity is daid to be more beneficial to your body. It is also recommended that you stretch your muscles before doing any exercise routine and brisk walking to raise the heart rate is also good if done for 45 minutes.
